Post filming, me and Mel decided to take a completely professional approach when creating our film. This is our permission slip which all leading roles must fill in before we allow them within our film. When creating this we researched template permission slips and the kind of requirements they must have to make them professional and cover all grounding areas within our film contract. Lastly to make the permission slip slightly more personal to our work we included our production company logo we created at the top.
